ND3 PatulEND®10 Aural Nose Drops

PatulEND®10 is our Mild-Strength formula designed for children, adolescents, and adults who are sensitive to the standard stinging effect of PatulEND®. This reduced-strength formulation produces a gentler sensation, which corresponds to a slower therapeutic response. Patients may therefore notice improvements gradually, as the formula works more subtly on the Eustachian tube membranes. As with all PatulEND® products, users should avoid pediatric steroids, decongestants, and antihistamines, as these medications can interfere with the intended sealing effect. The prescribed head-down positioning should be maintained for 10–20 minutes after application to allow the formula to reach and support closure of the smaller, more sensitive Eustachian tube passages. PatulEND®10 is ideal for children, teenagers, and adults who have experienced heightened sensitivity when using stronger formulations or who simply prefer the gentlest option available.

Suggested Use:

Tilt head back 45°, then tilt towards affected side. Place the dropper tip at the entrance of your nostril & gently squeeze the bottle & sniff simultaneously 2-4 drops while targeting the PET canal. A mild stinging sensation will indicate that the target location was reached. Use up to 2 times a day or as needed. Keep refrigerated after opening to preserve potency.
