Return/Refund Policy


Due to the nature of PatulEND and the company commitment to providing a sterile product, once our customers have opened the package containing our product, we are generally unable to refund your purchase due to the possibility of cross contamination. 



There are limited situations where partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any product that is opened, not in its original condition or returned more 3 days after it is received is considered damaged and deemed as a non-returnable items.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the original credit card will automatically be credited the purchase price minus the shipping and handling fee.



If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact Us the top of the page and send us an email. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.



We only replace items if they are damaged by something out of our control. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by clicking the contact us at the top of this page.

We try to answer all emails within a 24 hour timeframe.



To return your product please email us for instructions we will answer your email within 24 hours. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and handling which will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
