NS1 PatulEND®20 Aural Nasal Spray

PatulEND®20 is our Extra-Strength formulation designed for adults with exceptionally wide Eustachian tube openings or more pronounced autophony. This concentrated formula delivers a stronger stinging effect that corresponds to its enhanced therapeutic activity. PatulEND®20 supports closure of the Eustachian tube while also promoting collagen development, increased membrane strength, and improved hydration of the mucosal lining. The intensified formulation is intended to help restore the membrane surface tension and tubal stability necessary for effective closure. Adults who require a more pronounced response than what the standard formula provides often benefit from PatulEND®20, particularly when symptoms are severe or long-standing.

Suggested Use:

Tilt head back 45°, then tilt towards affected side. Place the spray tip inside the affected side entrance of your nostril. Cover the other nostril with finger or hand to create a seal and gently spray 1-2 times while simultaneously inhaling though nose targeting the PET canal. A mild stinging sensation will indicate that the target location was reached. Use up to 2 times a day or as needed. Keep refrigerated after opening to preserve potency.
