NS2 PatulEND®15 Aural Nasal Spray

PatulEND®15 is our Standard-Strength formula and is the original product authorized in 1994 by the FDA Orphan Products Division for the treatment of Patulous Eustachian Tube Disorder. This drug-free formula delivers a moderate stinging sensation that reflects its active therapeutic effect. Most adults find this level both tolerable and effective, especially when other medications are in use. Patients using nasal or oral steroids, antihistamines, decongestant combinations, estradiol, or receiving Prednisone injections may require an additional daily application. These medications can temporarily counteract the sealing action of PatulEND®, and the extra dose helps ensure continuous absorption. The standard formula is recommended for adults; for children and adolescents, the milder PatulEND®10 formula is preferred. For patients with exceptionally wide Eustachian tube openings, the extra-strength PatulEND®20 formulation may offer better results

Suggested Use:

Tilt head back 45°, then tilt towards affected side. Place the spray tip inside the affected side entrance of your nostril. Cover the other nostril with finger or hand to create a seal and gently spray 1-2 times while simultaneously inhaling though nose targeting the PET canal. A mild stinging sensation will indicate that the target location was reached. Use up to 2 times a day or as needed. Keep refrigerated after opening to preserve potency.
